The Collectmaxx Story
Collectmaxx’s story begins in 2004, as a payment reminders solution launched by Alphacomm, a fintech pioneer specializing in payment-related challenges.
Through continuous development by an ever-growing international team, Alphacomm Payment Reminders expanded to include industry-leading features such as Paymail and interactive video reminders. The pivotal moment came in 2022, with the solution being officially rebranded to Collectmaxx, marking a specialized focus on transforming debt collection.
In 2024, as a testament to its success, Collectmaxx emerged as an independent entity.
This transition marked a new phase for Collectmaxx, underscoring our dedication to advancing debt collection through innovation and ethical practices. At Collectmaxx, we aim to create a future where maximizing business revenue and offering the best possible customer experience are seamlessly integrated.
