Collectmaxx: improved analytics for more effective debt collection

Paylink reports

The Collectmaxx team has added the option to download custom reports in both CSV and Excel formats directly from the Paylink section. Users of the payment reminder service may easily get needed data in CSV or Excel formats using this functionality. The download feature is designed to hold up to 10,000 rows of data, guaranteeing that a large quantity of data may be accessible through a single document.

By offering a streamlined way to access past data, we aim to simplify workflows and empower users to make informed decisions.

Email reports

In line with our Paylink reports, users can now convert email campaign data into CSV and Excel formats. Users of Collectmaxx may now export and analyse large datasets to discover hidden patterns and acquire unprecedented insights. The report may contain up to 7500 rows of data in a matter of seconds.

SMS reports

Beyond Paylink and Email reports, SMS reports can now be generated in CSV and Excel formats. Customers can choose a time period for past events and get reports with up to 10,000 rows of data. If a selected time frame doesn’t align with GDPR requirements, Collectmaxx ensures that sensitive data is either anonymized or entirely omitted.

Advanced Filtering

We’ve supercharged our filtering capabilities. Whether you’re navigating voice, email, paylink, or SMS listings, the new filters enable precise data extraction. Filtering voice listings by script, user ID, receiver number, and call start date range is now possible. Emails are now sorted by script, status, recipient email, scheduled date, and created date range. Paylinks may be filtered by the date range in which they were generated, the script, the paylink status, the source, the payment method, the invoice reference, the minimum and maximum invoice paid, and the minimum and maximum invoice amount. Finally, the SMS listing may be narrowed down by creation date range, script, SMS status, SMS parts, recipient phone number, and scheduled on date. 

All advanced filtering features enable Collectmaxx users to accurately access and download required sections of datasets for subsequent study. Payment reminder service customers who have the option to collect targeted information may then draw insights and conclusions from the data analysis, which can then be implemented to further refine future campaigns and bolster the effectiveness of reminders.

Details view of voice calls

With Collectmaxx’s new ‘Call Details’ overview screen, users can delve into the intricacies of voice call interactions like never before.. Whether it’s inbound or outbound payment reminder calls, this feature offers a comprehensive look into customer behavior. Access granular voice call data such as IDs, originators, receivers, and even specifics like the caller’s first and last name, gender, and reference. Plus, managers can now also view the voice call timeline, which shows the time of creation, execution, and other characteristics.

Start times

For added convenience, the start time of the first call script window is now displayed on the scheduler table. This will allow portal managers to be aware of the starting time of each script’s immediate release from the dashboard view. The enhancement eliminates the need to open each script individually to view its start time, streamlining the user experience.
